About the chef
Master of the kitchens at Le Petit Prince restaurant for ten years, chef Frédéric Dagrada has built up a loyal clientele of regulars and has made the establishment an unmissable address of renown in the town. Rewarded by 2 Michelin stars, he loves to enchant the eyes of his guests while astonishing their palates.
Aiming to please, the chef and his crew can adapt to your every wish to ensure you spend an enjoyable time with us. But tradition beckons: Don’t hesitate to order his famous bouillabaisse. A delicacy not to be missed.
